2005 zeppelin by keystone in Chester, MD

This is a 27ft camper that is fiberglass. Has a rear bedroom with a walk around queen bed. Camper sleeps six including a sleep area sofa and a kitchen table that turns into a sleep area. All appliances are in good condition and like new condition including the air conditioner. The outside of the camper has been sitting throughout the winter and just needs a good washing and will look great. There are a couple minor issues that we bought this camper with the intention of doing and did not get around to. The biggest is in the bathroom. We wanted to replace the existing tub/surround. We bought the replacement parts and did not finish the installation. We do have everything that is needed to have a like new bathroom. All the parts are in the original shipment box in our shed. The other issue is there was a cat that did some scraching and staining in areas of this camper.There has been water damage that mostly has just caused staining to the bottom of the cabinets. The walls are solid and the floor is 95%. This is nothing that is too bearable and cant be fixed or overlooked. We intended on fixing those problems too. So overall a great camper with a week or two of work and she can be like new. Great structure and solid floors and walls with no soft spots at all.
